Tried all 4 I/O schedulers but phone still goes into an unwakeable sleep.

Did the keyboard get shrunk down further or is mine falsely reporting the size? On one screen it tells me the keyboard is 1 meg. On another screen it claims to be 13 megs.

Installing the 9/15 build right now. Should we use the VM670_eglpatch.zip with this or no?

Is the camera in the gapps file? I'm using Bobz 8/31 build with one of Zakman's 15 meg gapp files and the 2 meg keyboard. I didn't install a camera from anywhere else. Yet I clearly have a camera and it sort of works. There is garbled data for a second when you take a picture. It does take...

Woohoo! Third build was the charm. Whatever the issue I was having with my calls going straight to voicemail is fixed. I had faith in Bob. :'( I'm happy because now I can switch back to using this as my normal rom. Thanks be to Bob! :)

OMG... the boot screen in the 8/31 build is amazing. Kudos to Bob.

I like that idea. I'm in favor of having just the essential Jellybean OS files in the phones memory and everything else being forced to sd-ext.

So I saw another OV user mention a game they were playing called Celes Arca. I downloaded it. Then I noticed something I haven't encountered yet. It wants to access my google account and an app engine? After looking it up... it's some kind of cloud service. But I'm leery of aplications...

I don't know why I'm the only one with the problem of calls going straight to voicemail. I know it's not much help but I thought I'd say... I don't think it's a problem in the kernel. Just switched to Zakman's Jelly Alpha 7 and it works fine in that.

I'm glad to see more progress on this rom. I have faith in Bobzhome but I'm still having a major issue. Tried the new build and still couldn't recieve a call. Outgoing calls seemed to work fine though. I can recieve calls fine with other roms. Here they just go straight to voice mail.

Check the Phone function too. I tried calling my OV from the house landline and it just went straight to voice mail. Tried it twice with the same result. So I reverted back to Zakman's CM 10 port. It work again after that.

I sometimes see discussion of various scripts. For the layman such as myself... how do you install and run scripts?

Thanks Bob. Been dying for a pure OV Jellybean rom. Zakman's port was good but I can't wait to try this. BTW... they found a slimmed down keyboard that's only 2 megs (if you aren't already using it). Also would this rom benefit from Amphetamines or MiRaGe's EGL patch? :-$

Re: [ROM][WIP]CM9.0.0-BobZ What you didn't notice was that it said Cyanogenmod 10. Which means he is building Jellybean. Can't wait for this. Zakman's CM10 port is already more stable than most CM9 roms. With Bobzhome on the case... CM10 should be hammered out in no time. :)
