Been having the same problem for the last few days as well. I will be on my wifi at home when it randomly drops and gives this error switching me over to 3g. My router is a Linksys EA3500.

I don't know if this is a bug or not but I have two VZW S4's that disconnect from WiFi when they go into sleep mode. WiFi is setup to stay on during sleep so they shouldn't be doing this.

Since re-installing the app my battery has started to drain fast again. It started off at 2% and is now at 10% before I had to plug my phone back in to charge it. I have no ideas left on what to do to fix this issue besides just uninstalling the app and leaving it off completely.
