    Tried this and it does not work. Once you select any form of lock screen security the shortcuts are removed and any widget you select is replaced by the standard Samsung one. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2

    There may be a CSC string you could insert into the others.xml file to do this but you need to to root to do this.

    Nope, the option is not there. I've also install a UK ROM and the shortcut option is there (compare the screenshots below) . It looks like Samsung have disabled it in Australia. I was hoping that there would be a CSC setting to enable it but I haven't found anything yet.
