I'm wondering the same. Got my phone brand new from T-Mobile the end of March 2015. Burnin is horrible , I can see my keyboard and a dark stripe across the middle of my screen with any white background. I tried to call but every time I do i go threw the menu and Samsung hangs up everytime...
