Is there any way to edit the colors on the base email client? It is black on white for new, grey on grey for read items. I much prefer dark backgrounds and light colors for fonts.

I went through the same decision recently and my short list was basically the same as yours (I am on Verizon). I ended up getting the S3 and I can say it is such huge jump even from a Thunderbolt. What put me over the edge was the responses I received on this post...

I don't have Jelly Bean. Hmm, I guess that is a option but it takes up 4 spots on my home screen.

I know Google "Voice Search" exists on my phone because it shows as installed and I can run it from CarHome Ultra but I cannot fine it in the apps list. I want to put a shortcut on my home screen. I have even cleared its cache in the applications. Any ideas?

RIP Thunderbolt. Got a S3 yesterday. What a difference.

Can the phone be left in the cradle and connected when I want to use a Bluetooth headset? I just got the S3, coming from a Thunderbolt and whenever I had the phone in the car and connected to the headphone jack, it got confused with the bluetooth headset and the headphone jack.

I decided on the S3. Replying from it now. Got it at best buy for 99. It is a huge upgrade. Thanks everyone

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the responses, I would go for the DNA but with what I store on my HTC TB, I would be left with only 3 or 4 GB. Not enough to last another 1.5-2 years.

Why is that thinking it so limiting? I agree the device is appears to be awesome with this one exception. HTC should have thought about this.

I have a working but somewhat problematic HTC Thunderbolt. I would get the HTC DNA but the lack of additional storage eliminates it for me. The Note 2 is compelling but too big for me. If you had a upgrade available, a working phone, would you buy the S3 now or wait knowing that it might be...

If only the DNA had a SD card slot, I would upgrade today. I can't believe they left that out. Fail.
