No need to do lots of steps. Galaxy S4 Settings - Accounts - Add account - Email - Follow instructions. Do not set from Email icon as this seams to cause the problem. I had this problem and this sorted it. I also had the same problem on IOS Iphone 4 and did the same to sort it on that too. Hope...
