A month or so ago I emailed iHeart and they said it was a known issue that would be resolved with the next release of iheart, BUT they didn't know when that would be. Sounds like never now. Mine worked fine until the nougat release.

Same here. S6. My wife's phone works and mine doesn't. Also can't use the phone dialer when I'm using the phone. So I can't call anything to go through voice prompts like any customer service (like to fix this issue).

I have this issue with my S6 l bought unlocked. However I have no option under phone to get to DTMF. I have "more settings" but it won't open, just says "reading settings" and the indicator spins as if it's trying to access something.
