Not for Verizon. It was GSM

The size of the Z compact is perfect... it's a damn shame we don't get it in the states - or even anything of that nature for Verizon.

I've been told that if you pop a Verizon sim card into the 2013 Nexus 5, you can put the phone in LTE mode, and use your google voice number with hangouts and seamlessly make calls and texts. Has anyone tested this? How is it?

Sorry for the noob question but what is Straight Talk and what is it good for? I have T-Mobile on my N5 - should I switch to Straight Talk?

I do have T-Mobile, what are the advantages of Band 12? Is it necessary?

I am switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and may purchase the 2013 Nexus 5. I would wait for the 2015 version but 5.2'' is personally too big for me and I prefer 4.95". 1) How is the coverage? I understand it does not support Band 12 (which I admittedly don't know what it is or what it does)...

How do you figure?
