I think I figured it out!!! I uninstalled awear (a Pebble sms app) and no more problems! If anyone else runs into the same issue try to see if an app might be causing the problem.
Hooray! I'm not the only person with this problem. I had the same problem with kit kat...I got a replacement s5 but the problems still persists. Can ANYBODY help?
