Did you have any issues getting gear manager to work?

So I just picked up a Gear S via Verizon. When I download Gear Manager and try to connect it downloads an update for about 2-4 secs and before it even gets to 40% it starts to flip out. Constantly flashes on and off. Sometimes it will start downloading again, sometimes it won't. I've tried...
