Very strange bug here however I'm confident I have identified the issue (not the root cause).
I have a Samsung S4 mini
I have a Vigor Wireless Network router that has multiple SSID's running on it.
One SSID is secured by MAC Address filtering and an other is not.
Both SSIDs run on the same...
