After setting the wallpaper to a stock wallpaper, it does eventually revert to the Pokemon Go picture.

Oh, sorry. You meant the photo apps. I can't remember which I used, but it was either Google Photos or the pre-installed Gallery app. Edit: Gallery app screenshot isn't showing, this app isn't giving option to attach it again in editing this reply.

The only Samsung app I have that has anything to do with wallpapers is Galaxy Themes (which I have disabled). The other Samsung apps I have are Galaxy Store (I rarely use it), Samsung Gear 360 (I don't use it), Samsung Health (I rarely use it), Samsung Notes, Samsung Pass (I don't use it)...

I'm having the same issue, and accidentally posted in the general get help section. So far no luck from everything suggested. I'm worried it might be a factory reset for me, unless Samsung recognizes this as a widespread issue and can provide a software fix.

I've tested my GPS after a system cache partition wipe and sadly that was not the solution. :(

Yep that did it, lol. Also I just wiped my system cache partition, and will go and try my GPS accuracy again.
