I looked into this with our Product team and the Wi-Fi calling "support" that VZ and T-Mobile are claiming are most likely tied to voLTE than anything else. Ultimately Google does not support IMS on Pixel which would have enabled Android native Wi-Fi calling on our network.

It is up to Google what carrier services are surfaced and this case they did not include Sprint Wi-Fi calling, or other carrier Wi-Fi calling for that matter.

Fingerprint actually. I use it all of the time on OEM specific devices that support it and it would be great to see it supported in the OS in a standard way that benefits the whole ecosystem.

Hi I'm a Sprint Product Ambassador and am here to help. Are you still having this issue or has it gone away? Have you tried doing an update profile from settings>about phone to see if it clears the issue?
