Thank for the reply I've done 3 Factory reset now both before and after the OS update. unfortunately can't take it back as it was a present is there anything else I can try to fix this, firmware update etc? thanks for your help in advance

Hi Jut purchased the HTC M8 phone and its great...........apart from one thing: Every so often but at least once/twice a day the screen goes blank and i can't unlock the phone without resetting (Volume + and Power Button) This is very annoying and its spoiling a very good phone. :mad::mad...
