That's just a placeholder date. It's always been the 5th of whatever month since they started doing monthly security updates.

I had to airplane mode, and turn off Bluetooth to fix. Now my other issue of the volume changing but not returning to normal level I have to figure out.

Ok the June update has wrecked my Bluetooth audio. It refuses to go up past maybe 60% or so. Even when I hit the volume rocker to max. Android and Bluetooth, like oil and water they will never mix

TMO right on time, only 2 weeks late!! lol The annoying thing is there isn't a TMO variant, and it's just the global one. We could have had this thing 2 weeks ago....

It doesn't matter where you bought your phone. The carrier can still delay any updates. I bought my 8Pro from Google, and is still has no update on TMO. There's only 2 variants currently for the ota file, global, and Telus. This delay would make more sense if there was a TMO variant.

That was my guess too. TMO always holds these big updates for at least 2 weeks.

Well the way TMo is going it's going to turn into a July update thread.

I'm going to guess tomorrow, or Monday. Tmo usually delays the feature drops for 2 weeks. If there is no TMO variant OTA, then this is pretty stupid when we could have had this update 2 weeks ago almost.

I got the same message. more TMO BS holding up their end. Hopefully by next week. Kind of hesitant since, every feature drop has usually cause more problems on my device than others.

My update finally came!!! J/K J/K!! It's just the 8Pro, so far so good. The copy feature was pretty cool and set up was a breeze. There must be some issue on TMO for them to still not have pushed the update.

I'm fine with waiting, but if they would at least communicate what the issue is, that would go a long way. Instead we get radio silence, and just have to speculate on why again, the check for update button is now rendered useless.....

Well it appears my 8pro has beat my TMO update to my 7pro as it is out for delivery. It might be time to dump TMO...🙄

Kind of like the Dec 21 update for the 6Pro. Few people got it via OTA, everyone else who was sick of waiting side loaded them, then they pulled it on NYE. Hopefully it's not as bad as that was.

Same here. My 8pro is arriving tomorrow or thur, I guess that's one way to get Android 14.... get a new phone since my phone doesn't want to update...lol *Edit* Just checked the developers OTA page, and there is already carrier specific OTA's avail for the 8 series. I wonder if TMO will let my...

Tried the SIM thing no dice. Rebooted 2 or 3 times after removing SIM, and still just system up to date. Ughh this is pretty annoying now.
