Ordered a Pixel XL and the order said I'd receive a box to ship my Note7 back to them. Now my question is do they need just the phone back? It looks like I can get some lunch money for the box on ebay, and my boss will trade me a lunch for the Spen.

Sitting in Verizon right now waiting to pick one up. Currently using a friend's extra phone due to mine being broken so I gotta get my own as soon as possible.

Just called my local corporate store (which is only a seven minute drive :) ) and asked when they were going to be sold again. The lady said they have a limited quantity and were both exchanging and selling them and told me I can come by whenever and they'd sell me one. So I'm gonna try my luck...

The 2k screen seems to be a big contributor to batter loss. Should've gone with a 1080 for a 5.2" display

I didn't buy one today, I receive my check Saturday and that's when I'm gonna go get it. But I did visit my local store to check it out. While I was playing around with a Turbo there was another guy next to me doing the same and waiting for a rep to help him. We both exchanged some words about...

And what's wrong with that? The Sony has more of what he needs, but he'd also like the features in the Turbo. So what?

Will the boot loader be locked down and will rooting be hard to develop?

Re: Carrier Nexus 6 phones will have update delays !! Don't care if the carrier versions have slightly delayed updates. They'll still be out quick because its still unskined android. I just want a damn Nexus on Verizon.

Re: What exactly is a "pure Android experience" Most phone companies running android put their own skins/modifications to android. Samsung is infamous for this, and they call it Touchwiz. Due to the heavy modifications, updates take longer because Samsung needs to modify the code to fit...

Isn't the nexus gonna have moto display, only its gonna be called ambient display or something like that?

For me personally I didn't mind the size of the iPhone 6+ at all. I thought it was too big at first until I played with it for a bit. The Nexus is definitely one of my choices now. That or the X or the Turbo. But I've had it up to here with VZW bloat

If its the same version for Verizon, and if the boot loader will be unlocked, that will be a deciding factor between the Nexus and Turbo, because odds are the Turbo will be locked

At first I was unhappy with the 6" size, but then I started to welcome it after I held my buddies 6+. I have longish fingers so big phones don't bother me. I'm really considering it now. If it feels too big, there is always the Moto X, which essentially the mini version. I'm just hoping Verizon...
