I didn't get my $25, even though I pre-ordered on 10/1 and it missed my estimated delivery date by a week. I also didn't get my $50 Google Play gift card for pre-ordering...when am I supposed to receive that?

Quick follow up: on 11/13 I called Google Support and spoke with a person from their shipping department and she also followed up with me via email right after the call. Then on 11/15 my order went into Processing, it shipped on 11/16 (FedEx overnight), and arrived today 11/17. I'm loving this...
