Never mind I figured it out, but it only lasted about 4 hours, now it's back to doing the same thing.

How do I do a factory reset?

That's the problem though, it doesn't shut down. The screen will stay on until I shut it off manually by hitting the power button.

I just recently got the new Note 4 and I am having an issue with my screen shutting down automatically. I have set the screen time out to 15 seconds, however I keep having to manually shut my phone off. It does this whether it is plugged in or not, and I have had to take the battery out...
