Need help w/ Infuse update
Mine does the same. Last time I checked Kies does not support the infuse. If you go to samsungs support site and go to the infuse download section kies is not offered only the usb drivers. If you go and check the Captivates section kies & drivers are offered. Only OTA downloads are offered for...- mcala

Infuse not updating
I am in the same boat. Bought this phone brand new, running stock Froyo 2.2.1 rooted. I can download the update, it reboots to a white screen that says updating and fails every time on 75%. I have tried a factory reset, un-rooted, but still fails @ 75%. I have removed some AT&T bloatware but I'm...- mcala
