    Removing message not sent notification

    I have an Alcatel one touch fierce 2. Every time I open my messaging app I get a notification in my notification bar that says messages not sent. I tried to download Handcent SMS and delete from there and reboot phone no luck still getting message

    Why do I keep getting a download pending message everytime I try to download or update an app.

    I have an Alcatel One-Touch and I resently done a factory reset on it. Now when I try to download or update an application in Google Play it says.Download Pending. An never downloads or updates. How do I fix this??
