Yes I get the same message and most of the time I can't even get Kies to connect to my Skyrocket. I really don't like Kies so far. It is too unreliable.

So far I am very pleased with this phone. I am coming from an Iphone 3gs and I really like this android so much better. One thing that bothers me though is not hearing emails come through while I am talking on the phone. Is this normal for android phones? Thanks.
