Google Nexus 6 one plus one intrigues me

Re: one plus one intrigues me If the Nexus was priced, more like a Nexus and not a Samsung or Sony then it would be a tough call. But the N6 is no way near twice as good as the OPO. I wont even mention buying a carrier locked subsidized Nexus 6....sacrilege

Do you have any evidence to back that up or is it just your opinion? Either way is good, just asking.

Nothing, the Google Now Launcher is available for free in the Play Store.

I've got the new Moto X, you've got questions. Fire away!!!

If you want to shell out a couple hundred extra for that single feature, I respect that even if I dont get it.

And to a small segment of the market, you would be correct. HOWEVER, very few X 2013's were sold so I would've have thought Motorola would have been more aggressive in pricing to try and rescue itself from oblivion in terms of market share.

Look what can be had for LESS money than an X 2014. eBay has a pretty nice deal on the unlocked LG G3. They have the 2GB/16GB version going for $479, and the 3GB/32GB version is going for $589. Now these are both the unlocked D855 model and will work on both AT&T and T-Mobile here in the US...

So? Obviously, Motorola had to cook it b/c they put such a small battery in there relative to the competition. Even by cooking it the X 2014 appears to be a 9-5 kinda phone with additional charging needed to make it thru the night. It's a non-issue on phones with bigger batteries. You kinda...

All those features can be added via 3rd part apps for WAY less than the additional cost of the X verses the competition. Apps like Dynamic Notifications offer many of the same features.

To each his own, but I got a 64g, top spec, premium device delivered to my home for $364.00 tax included. All I had to do was make one post in the forums and the invite showed up in my inbox.

I was making a logical, and as yet unrefuted, argument as to why the phone is priced wrong compared to its peers. I love it when someone is so blinded by brand loyalty they feel the need to attack others to validate their choice.

Nope, just posted in a thread back in April and got my invite in July. Then they sent me 3 invites to share. It was a very simple process. Received a flawless phone 3 days after ordering.

Invites are flowing freely on the OPO. With no effort I've had 4 already. It is undeniably the best deal going.

I dont see how it's "priced to sell". A 32G M8 can be had new for $499 on Ebay. A 32g N5 is $399. Heck, troll for an invite and get a 64g OPO for $350. Other than custom design(irrelevant if you use a case) there is no compelling reason to get this phone over the competition.
