I've had the same issue with my SR since updating to ICS. Once it finds the GPS, it is spot on, but what used to take a max of maybe 15 seconds, now takes anywhere from 2-15 minutes. Looked all through the settings for the cell assist (can't remember exactly what it was called though) that...

Was able to finally get it to work on my gf's netbook with win7 starter....loving ics so far (though I'm a noob and dont really do too much with it)..battery life is showing some improvement, which is huge to me...no issues with gps at all, everything is working as fast, or faster than before

same problem with my system 64-bit win vista with sp2 :( been at it for four days, tried it on a 32-bit vista system as well, still no luck

kies will not update to the latest version.. it comes up saying that ver 2.3.2.12064_9 is available, dl's it, does install, reopens and then comes up saying that a newer version is available and its 2.3.2.12064_9....I've uninstalled kies, downloaded it again from sammy, (which isn't the latest...
