I filed mine on Wednesday against Samsung and I just got an email from BBB saying they've read it and are now sending it to samsung. So NJ BBB is a little slow at reading. I filed last night against PRIZELOGIC and I just got the email a few minutes ago saying there sending it to Prizelogic.

Isis is just pre-installed now. No change if you already have it installed. I had both installed, you just have to choose which one you want to use. I use Isis because their always giving me free money. :-)

Yes assist is for the sound. If you follow doogalds directions it will take you to the active display settings. When you set it to sleep at night it won't come on at all unless you pickup or move the phone. I think when the room is dark, maybe it thinks it's in your pocket or face down, and...

You can change it in the setting/language and input. I see the option for the Google keyboard it not SwiftKey I guess it depends which keyboard you're using.

Got the update today for FoxFi and it's now working on the Droid Maxx!
