Better to check your email. Find email from Samsung Support <sea.support@samsung.com>.

"Your refund has been processed in the amount of $944.04. You should receive your check within 2-3 business days through UPS. We appreciate your patience and understanding." I got email too yesterday. Mine was arrived on 26th.

My N7 was sent on October 24 and delivered on October 25. Samsum rep. said that they have to check for 2-3 days. Then proceed to issue check for 10-14 days. Hope that I can get mine before thanks giving.

Finally, today I called 855# and ask for refund. The process with agent is very smooth and easy. I told them my ticket number for reference. He asked me about address and will send me box in couple days. They will refund back to me at 849 US( T-mobile, Refund price is differ due to carrier).

I am interested. Yesterday, I called Samsung again. Agent told me that Samsung has not announced any policy on recall used note 7 yet. He told me to find original buyer or contact Samsung again next two weeks. Samsung tried to manage this issue by throwing away responsibility back to us who...

Today, I tried to call both Samsung and Tmobile for refund my note 7. Their answer was similar to last week. I have to find original buyer and proof of purchases. The situation is same as last week. What should I do ? It seems that Samsung treats customers cases by cases. Someone can and...
