Maybe unrelated but my PC also quit YouTube yesterday ie stopped n I never seen it doimg this b4. It turned out to be Certificate issues?? I used Opera and went back watching YouTube with no problems I'm saying it maybe on YouTube side but use a browser n check if out Good luck
