I have to charge mine twice a day or more. This used to not be the case until the June T-Mobile update. Now Android OS takes the bulk of the battery percentage which is not normal. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi all. My dad purchased an unlocked E4+ for my mom and it won't receive data or send picture texts. He brought it to a T-Mobile store and they said we cant add a data plan to it on T-Mo. However it is unlocked and should work? If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated, thanks!! :)
