Since my last update (late Sept) my phone no longer charges to 100%. It just stops at 99% . And sometimes even drops to 96% within 2 Min's of being unplugged. Anyone else have this happen?

The settings>lockscreen>smartlock>trusted devices doesn't work. Doesn't exist. There is no option like that in my options
