sprint. they come in, it says to download. I press it, then says " unable to download, generic network failure". Ive had a full WiFi signal. Tried doing without wifi, had a full signal. Tried turning off auto recieve per someone else's post on sprint. Nothing has worked. Ive got too many texts...

Happened out of blue. Want to try to avoid factory reset if possible? and no the pictures are not too big. Thanks for any help! :)
