I set messenges to "always allow" and reset my phone after. This morning im running into it again. Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active came up after responding to a text.

I'm receiving a "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active." response auto text when I use my phone to repsond to a 5 digits number whether it's commercial texts or my pharmacy texting me for refills but I'm able to respond and recieve complete texts thru my galaxy watch...
