Both phones are HTC one m8, the only difference is the carrier. T-Mo on the left in this pic, Verizon on the right. This is why T-Mo customers use so much more data than other carriers.... because it's crazy fast 😆 Posted via Android Central App

I am currently on my third note 10.1 as I have had to exchange two already after plugging them in to the diagnostic tool in t-mobile's stores and they were both diagnosed having defective batteries. I suggest going in to tmobile if this is where you bought the device and having them run...
