Thank you for the info. I ended up having to do a factory reset. Now I get to start from scratch. :/

Bad phone. Samsung Galaxy s6. Runs android. It was fine last night. I think it may have done, or tried to do, a system update, but I'm not sure. Anyway, it wanted me to enter the manual password, instead of accepting my fingerprints, but it would go to black before I could do anything. Then...

I just got my Galaxy Tab 8.4 and finished the set up. The lights for these buttons don't work. I had to guess where they were. I tried going in and out of power saving modes, but nothing worked. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks! Melissa
