And DON'T sync contacts if you use 2 different accounts. (I always use yahoo and had to create a gmail to use this phones features.) I synced EVERYTHING and now my contacts have a BOZILLION entries in there with lots of multiples. I'll be here all day deleting these plus more ...AGAIN! :(

I know. It took me forever also and every time I go in my contacts I find some I missed. I also hate that you can create groups although it says there is an option in the manual online. My phone doesnt have the icons it should show or the things its telling me to select. I ended up having to...

Ok...after scouring that damn manual for an answer and found none and getting really frustrated over this not being able to create a group thing I ended up with an app to create groups. I still cant believe Samsung didnt make this an easy option. Big BOOOOOOO for them on that.

I'd like to know why in the heck they over looked something as simple as making groups. It has directions in the manula, but they don't work! That should have been a no brainer. I am disappointed that you cant do it too!

I got rid of them by holding down the name till a another screen came up with the option to delete them showed up. None of mine have come back. I had duplicates of 3 for each.
