I've had it for several months now, and it is running great. No lag and just beautiful. Just install CM12.

Try the old simulated battery pull by holding the power button until it shuts off, then turns back on.

Just root and get CM12 nightly. Lollipop is very nice, and makes 4.4.4 look kind of old. The tablet flies.
