Last question first, whenever you're 22 months into your current contract. As for whether you should return it...that's personal preference, really. If you're satisfied with the Evo and think you will be for the next two years, keep it. If there's a question about it, you may want to reconsider.

I'm in the same boat. My upgrade comes up next Tuesday. I'm pretty committed to getting an Evo, but if it looks like it's going to be a plan or network announcement, I want to wait before I get into a new two-year deal.

One more question. First day, I've read that the battery will be about half charged. To start the conditioning process, do I discharge it completely or charge it from that starting position?
