Ordered my Aluminum 32gb on the 22nd of October. Expected date was after 11/18. Status changed to procesing yesterday (10/28) and my card was charged. Just updated today (10/29) as shipped. It's shipping from Carol Stream, IL so Fedex is showing overnight delivery for tomorrow (10/30).

Same problem here. Since the update, unless I open the app, emails aren't being pushed for my Exchange account now. The update seemed to fix my voice quality issues - and crippled my Exchange push. :(
