Questions 1: what is the model of your phone? 2: what apps are you trying to use 3: what apps do you have installed for the watch (zen app or android wear or both)

casting to it will send the audio to the car its the new way google apps send to a audio source

try this on the watch settings > Bluetooth > at the bottom see if this setting is checked

Try factory resetting the watch and then setting it up and don't use your phone or watch for 3 hours i found this fix this problem of disconnecting but i can totally be off base you might just be leaving you phone behind and you can disable on some watches what do you have?

In the google now screen hit the 3 bars on the top left > settings > Now Cards > its all in there

go to android wear app> gear > mute phone alerts & calls (make sure this is setup)

i use chomp sms it works better with wear

i found i keep interrupting the install by playing with it i found fresh installing the watch and just letting it sit by your phone for 3 hours fixed the same problem for me on the ZW2

give me a bit think its in the settings i need a bit of info 1: headphones names 2: are you connecting to the watch or the phone or both 3: if you open your bluetooth settings on android you can select what the bluetooth device is used for and you can set what is for music audio and for phone...

settings> sounds at the bottom there is "watch ringtone" you can pick vibrate or ring there

This is a well know problem i think it is do to the fact sammy makes there own watches (my personal opinion) somthing to try is chomp sms it has standalone support for the watch it might help
