Tried all that didn't work. Its purely coincidental. There is no scientific reason why this would work only on the 20th time you try it. The reality is, if I try anything long enough right now, at some point my phone will get the OTA. That doesn't mean it had anything to do with what I tried...

I'm in manhattan, trick didn't work for me. I'm beginning to think its purely coincidental and this "trick" has nothing to do with it.

Well what does happen if you hit the "Clear data" button? Do you lose all your accounts and the play store app list etc.. or does all of that just repopulate and its no big deal? I'm willing to clear it if it repopulates but the warning it gives you is pretty harsh.
