Same issues with my PC not recognizing the S3 with 4.3 version. (SGH-I747M) I've updated the Kies to Kies 3, still no help. Couldn't find the USB options in the developer mode, I see "USB Debugging" ... should that be checked off? Hope someone has found an update now, would like to transfer...
