I'm having issues updating to the latest hboot (0.92). I downloaded the file from here : Just another blog and put in the root of my sd card. I boot into hboot and it says that it is parsing the file PB31IMG.zip then... nothing. It just stops and stays on version 0.77. any ideas?

yes, it was with the HTC clock widget on sense. I deleted the widget from the home screen, used the beautiful widget version for a few minutes, and went back to the HTC widget and so far it hasn't done it again yet. I an using the Hydra stock speed kernel.

It seems to be coming from the clock / weather widget but I'm not sure. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this. I get it even when the GPS is on. I may try another widget to see if it goes away.

I don't have any issues with signal quality, and thus I haven't paid much attention to the "bars". I recall that on my blackberry, there was a way to replace the bars with the -dbm value by punching in a secret code. It would be nice if the Incredible could do the same thing. IMO the signal...

I could be wrong here; but I seem to remember hearing about a feature (meeting mode or something like that?) that if your ringer is on, and you put your phone face down on the table or whatever it automatically goes to vibrate mode while it is face down? Does this sound familiar to anyone or did...
