I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos with Android 6.0.1 installed. My SIM1 has a local Philippine Sim Card installed. On SIM2 I have a t-mobile on it. I'm in the USA trying to use my T-Mobile sim for data but the network mode can't be selected and is stuck on 2G. Sim1 can be changed, though...

I think I have the same problem as this person.. we are not able to press the "network preferred" sector, at all.
