Hello. I just got a Galaxy S4 but during the day it sometimes happens that my device doesn't recognize my sim. If i take it out and put it in again it will register. Is this a software problem? I'm thinking that if it were a hardware related problem it wouldn't recognize it at all right? Waiting...

it's not a gap, the screen is a bit raised from the case...i don't know if this is normal

Hello, I wanted to ask if someone noticed on their handsets if their screen is fit to the case. Mine is slightly raised mostly on the right side. I can literally push the screen down about 1 mm into the case and when i do that it pressures on the lcd a bit. Has anyone encountered this problem?
