Was told by someone at Cricket the phone has to be unlocked, that they aren't AT&T so it must be unlocked.

Is there a way to see if my IMEI is blacklisted?

Even if it's coming from an account that's delinquent and owes money? The person I'm on the plan with, who knows nothing about phones at all, has told me he tried to go to cricket but was told his phone wouldn't work because AT&T "locks your phone when you owe them money", I tried explaining...

Cricket, as I have friends that use them and have heard great things about them.

Long story short, was on a plan with AT&T with someone else, they used an employee discount for a job they no longer had and AT&T found out and cancelled our plan because they say they're owed $2,000+. I had no idea this person had even claimed this employee discount, I was only paying my half...

Is there a way to unlock the G Pro without taking it to AT&T or is that the only way to do it?

Honestly the device isn't worth even $150, what with it's random input freezing which happens way too often.

Is that what's happening to mine? Sometimes I can't type or anything, it's like the screen's touch sensors have just stopped working.

Hence why I will never buy another LG phone again. No real problems with this phone, just the company and their lack of support. Make new phone, hype new phone, release new phone, abandon new phone, make newer phone, repeat.
