OTA update says my device has been modified an cant get em I have since unrooted my galaxy s4 mini GT-I9197, 4.2.2,JB- in Australia... after ridding unused stuff, google books an the like.... why cant i get OTA happening, am I able to get 4.3 JB , also did a reset on it and tried again...
