I'm not sure where/what you're talking about here. From the watchface purchase screen it automatically prompts me to go to Settings and turn on Billing for which there is no app. I'm never prompted for a password, nor do I see any down arrows or Payment Method. I think we're talking about...

Thanks anyway, B. Diddy. It's just so silly. I mean, why would you NOT want to allow people to make purchases. While I've read of a few others having this issue there are definitely not that many which is probably why I've never found an answer anywhere.

Already did that - not there. Something in the phone is blocking it or hiding it because I downloaded the latest Samsung Billing apk file from SamMobile website and it won't install it. I tried a couple versions. I just don't understand what is going on. At this point I'll likely let the issue...

No, there does not seem to be this app on the watch or phone. Also, there does not appear to be anyplace to download and install this app from which is odd.

Also on wife's iPhone so apparently this is just a Verizon thing. At least there's a better chance it will get fixed now. Everyone on Verizon that notices the issue needs to inundate Verizon with complaints though.

Never mind, found how to turn it on with the 7 pushes to the Build Number method. Unfortunately, the Stay Awake button was off. So is anyone else having this issue?

I do not see a 'developers options' anywhere on the phone. A search did not bring that option up either. Is this something Verizon kills off?

Note 8 on Verizon here. Not digging the Oreo update. Glitchy. Every few days phone locks up and needs a reboot. Didn't have that before. Biggest annoyance is when phone charges to 100% on the wireless, the screen lights up all nice and bright for 30 seconds or so. Great fun at night. Then it...
