    Found out the difference is because of an app called Evernote, seems that it stores all of it's files in internal memory even though it pretends to allow you to move it to a SD card.

    same everything, have deleted all caches, but those don't effect system memory anyway. Does the phone just accumulate wasted system memory space as it ages? Wondering if factory reset would bring the system memory back down, but the phones are rooted also.

    I have 2 s5s, one shows system memory using 5.2g of space, the other shows system memory using 6.4g of space. Any ideas why this could be or how to reduce the 6.4g down to 5.2g or less?
