Re: How did it go picking it up at Best Buy? When I was at Best Buy, they made a point of confirming my email address with me. After they processed the pre-order I received a couple of confirmation emails from them. If you haven't received any emails from them at all you might want to go back...

Re: Note 4 samsung $200 trade in promotion I just pre-ordered the Verizon Note 4 in Charcoal Black at my local BB in San Diego. Like other posts mentioned, they charged me $50 for a gift card as deposit to be used towards the phone at pickup. I asked about the $200 promo and both clerks...
