Got the wife a white N4, it too came out of the box with 3 paint chips, didnt see them when I was looking over the device for glass issues. Found them when I got home to put the case on, took it right back and had it swapped out.

Mine has a slight gap on the right side compared to left, but with my case - Spigen Tough Armor - cant see the difference.

I can let you know tomorrow after I pick mine up - BBM worker said it would be no problem, they can just process it as a hardware change upon purchase. If they dont I'll raise hell in the store because I'm planning on getting 2 - 1 for me and 1 for wifey.

CC charged at about 8pm EST, ordered 6/27....16gb white.... north of detroit. Pretty excited about it, but also feeling buyers remorse due to the locked bootloader...
