Horrendous battery life

I've the phone for over a year, I doubt it's still under warranty, unfortunately. Is there a way to replace the battery? How do I check wakelock and running apps? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Horrendous battery life

This seems to be getting worse by the week. So far today I've lost 40% in about 2.5-3 hours. I have no idea what could be causing this! Any help would be great. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
