Alright my previous reply was not really very helpfull.. nevermind that but now i have some usefull information... My playstore started working when i connected the internet with a different source..

Yes i had the same exact problem. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling playstore and all but nothing worked. I even checked if my date and time were correct and they were. But, it turns out, they don't just have to be correct, they have to set to manual and not automatic network provided time...
